Bachelor Party Boat in Fort Lauderdale: The Captain's Guide

Fort Lauderdale is one of the best bachelor party cities in Florida, and the best day of the weekend is usually the one on the water. Here's how to set up a bachelor party boat that the groom will actually remember.

The Boat

Book the Boozy Barge. It's a double-decker pontoon with a beer pong table, a full sound system, and a waterslide off the top deck. A USCG licensed captain drives, so the best man gets a day off too.

The Plan

• Late morning: board, load the cooler, and cruise the Intracoastal past the mansions and mega yachts
• Midday: anchor at Lake Sylvia or Whiskey Creek for beer pong, the slide, and the floating mat
• Afternoon: head back in time to rest up for the night out

Four hours is the most popular length. Six hours if the crew is committed.
